Terms of service

By commissioning me, you automatically agree that you have read and will adhere to all terms described herein, as well as any additional terms listed on specific commission pages. If you are not willing to agree to these conditions, you may not request a commission. Please read carefully before proceeding.


I. GENERAL
- I will and can only draw in my own artstyle. Please check my previous artworks for a better understanding of it. Please do not ask me to copy or imitate any other artstyle. If you want something different than my artstyle please avoid commissioning me.
- If you wish to commission me, please fill the google form I've also provided in the commission info page with a full description of the work you’d like to get. Picture references (pose, colours, character sheets, etc.) and detailed descriptions of what you’d like to receive are very appreciated.
- I have the right to refuse your commission if I don’t feel comfortable working on it. I will also decline a commission if the client is rude/disrespectful or violates the TOS.
- I'm only selling digital art commissions (no physical products, only the psd or image file.)
- You will receive: a full resolution digital file(.png format) of the commissioned work, a watermarked version of the commissioned work, PDF file available upon request. All to be sent via e-mail or uploaded to a google drive folder you'll be given access to.


II. PAYMENTS
- Full or half payment upfront. I will send an invoice for the payment, in which at least 50% must be received as a deposit before I can start the commission. Some exceptions can be discussed.
- Payment will be through PayPal invoice.
- After the sketch I send is approved by the commissioner, I will continue working on your order after receiving the rest of the payment.
- Prices stated are basic prices. Very complex designs or other additional requests may require additional fees or be denied.
- I offer no refunds at the moment.
- I will not work for exposure, I demand to be charged for all the work you commission me.

III. COPYRIGHTS & USAGE
- As the Artist, I hold the full copyright to the artworks I produced. Do not claim the artwork as your own/claim you’re the artist.
- I reserve the right to claim the commission as my own work and include it in portfolios, commission sheets, promote and upload it to online platforms (it will be in lower resolution and watermarked.), etc. I will not use the commissioned piece to gain profit.
- You are not allowed to edit the finished commission in any way. (add filters, draw over it, use for AI generation, NFT usage, re-print nor re-distribute) my work in progress nor finished art works and commissions under any circumstances.
- You are only allowed to use the commissioned artwork(s) for personal purposes only (example: profile picture, personal prints, gift for friends) and any other personal use like the ones mentioned). Please do not resell and use for commercial work of any kind.
Contact me for works intended for commercial use.
- You are allowed to use the finished art piece as SNS profile picture or re-upload it to any platform as long as you use the watermarked version I'll provide and give me proper credit when you do.
- Please use https://noerururu.carrd.co/ or @noerudraws for Instagram, as the credit.
- Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
- Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.


IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, REVISIONS & DEADLINES- Depending on my personal availability, the waitlist, and the complexity of the commission (example: more than a character, full body, very detailed shading, etc.) the estimated time needed for commissions may take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks. I am not a full-time artist, so please understand that commissions take me time to complete.
- The order of the commission list that I will follow is based on the time of payment (commissions that get paid first will be done first). Unless it's urgent and you're willing to pay a higher fee for your order, in which case I'll place it on top of my priority list to finish first.
- Please know that I refuse to work on it for less than 5 days and it's the bare minimum amount of time needed to finish your commission.
- Please refrain from rushing or asking me for updates in a short period of time. I will give you updates every 2-3 days as per my availability, so please be patient and wait for my updates.
- I typically send WIPs when I finish line art/base colour to ask for your opinion. Please cooperate and be responsive then for the sake of a more ideal result. Make sure you're very clear and include enough references in the beginning because I won't be accepting significant changes during the line art and rendering process.
- During the sketch process, you may ask for minor to major edits, adjustments, or additions.
- During the line art process and rendering process, I only accept minor changes. (no line art related edits nor revisions after I begin colouring and rendering process.)
- You have 24 hours to ask for minor adjustments after I send the finished art piece. I don't accept edits that require me to do a redraw at this point.
- Once you give me the approval of the final piece and I have sent it to you no more changes can be done to it, unless it's an error on my side.

I. Commission Info
✦ I specialise in character centric artwork.
✦ Noeru commissions will take 5 days to 2 weeks, depending on the waitlist and my availability. I apologise if I take longer to finish. I may decline any commission requests if I feel I can not fulfill your request well enough or due to my schedule.
✦ All illustration are minimum 2000 px, 350 dpi, in png/jpg file.
✦ Payment will be done through PayPal in USD currency
✦ After the sketch is approved I expect full or half payment.
✦The finished artwork may be posted on my social media (with watermark) as my portfolio
✦ Mainly for personal use. If the artwork is intended for commercial use, that will incur a higher fee. for commercial purpose (novel cover, youtube/twitch illustration, commercial/promotion) please contact through discord/e-mail for pricing and discussion.

III. Commission Types
All types are full rendered Illustration focused on character(s).
You may specify the canvas size but it has to be at least 2000px.

✧ Full Body 50$✦ Prices above are the basic prices for each character. The sum will be adjusted according to the complexity.
✦ Default including simple environment background. Brush work, typography, pattern composition, counts as simple background. Flat and gradient colors are default and for free. Any other types of background are for negotiation and require additional fee.
